sourcing land, site assembly, review of zoning, managing the design and permitting process, tendering construction works and negotiating contracts, reporting on schedule, milestones and cost, managing built-to-suit developments, as well as handling the full marketing, leasing and sales process.

Impact
We support multiple organizations that work on promoting sustainability including the Green Building Council, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment). Our team members regularly attend and take part in relevant various seminars, conferences throughout the year and other educational events with the aim of continuously improving and developing our know-how on these very important matters.
